A corporate event in a working wine cellar does something a conference venue cannot: people arrive already interested in where they are. We use that, then get out of the way of the actual business of the evening.
The approach is turn-key but personally run. From big-screen projection to the shuttle ride home, the details are handled by the same team that cooks the food, so nothing falls between suppliers on the night.
